Director of Early Learning Operations

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the success of our centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your colleagues, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

As Director of Early Learning Operations, you'll collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Leadership Team in providing high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre when the Centre Director is absent
  • Implement best practices as outlined in our Operational Guide

Requirements:
