About the RoleOur organization seeks a passionate and dedicated individual who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent. As a lead educator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our team of educators and supportive management to create a positive and productive work culture.
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Enjoy a discount on childcare fees
- Ten percent Government rebate offered to all candidates, increasing to fifteen percent in December 2025
