The successful candidate will have a strong desire to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and be motivated to learn and grow with our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for children, families, and staff members;
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures, and requirements;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contribute to the delivery of educational programs in the room and centre teams;
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement;
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care;
  • A permanent right to work in Australia;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good time management and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team;
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
  • Flexible availability;
  • Interest in early years education;
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one;
