A leading childcare organization seeks a dynamic and empowering People Leader to guide and support educators and families. Located in the serene town of Dalby, this opportunity offers amazing benefits and leadership prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a centre management role.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
