Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, creating long-lasting connections with the local community, and mentoring and supporting staff to meet or exceed national quality standards.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about early childhood education and care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create strong relationships with families and the local community through effective marketing and communication strategies.
  • Mentor and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality programs and services.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a centre manager role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience in achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
