Role: Assistant Director in Early Childhood Education
Location: Dalby, Queensland
Employment Type: Full-time and Permanent Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Leadership Team to Provide High-Quality Early Learning and Care
- Mentor and Develop Capabilities within the Centre Team
- Manage the Centre in the Absence of the Centre Director
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced early childhood professional to take on a leadership position and make a real difference in children's lives.
As an Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director and leadership team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing the capabilities of your team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality early learning and care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have a passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
This is a full-time position, working between operating hours Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will be based at our Dalby centre, where they will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
