Accounts Payable Specialist

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medium to high volume invoices in an efficient manner
  • Create and assist staff with purchase orders ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Match POs with supplier invoices, following up as necessary to resolve any issues
  • Assist the accountant and accounts payable team with ad-hoc duties as required
  • Provide general administration support and cover reception duties when needed
Requirements

Previous experience in accounts payable administration, strong data entry skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
