Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leaders in managing non-work-related injuries and return-to-work processes">
  • Manage employee relations caseload, including disciplinary and grievance procedures">
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management and people development">
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR metrics and reporting">
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and innovate people processes">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management (desired)">
  • 2-5 years' experience as an HR Advisor (generalist HR background ideal)">
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation">
  • Confidence in managing day-to-day HR queries and more complex advisory work">
  • A can-do attitude, resilience, and drive to make a positive impact">
