HR Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing expert advice and guidance on HR procedures.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate advice on HR matters, including employee and industrial relations.
  • Maintaining and preparing documentation, reports, and records that support our people and culture strategies.
  • Ensuring HR processes align with policy and contribute to our organization's goals.

You will also be responsible for supporting recruitment and retention activities across multiple business areas and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar HR support position, a strong eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support Administrator – General:
    • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management.
    • Prepare and maintain HR records and reports.
    • Assist with recruitment and training programs.
  • HR Data & Systems Support Administrator – Training and Development:
    • Coordinate onboarding activities and training logistics.
    • Maintain systems and records related to training delivery.
    • Liaise between operational teams and the training unit.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR support role.
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
