About This Role

The Sales Estimating Administrator is a key member of the sales estimating team, responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify documentation from the sales team to ensure accuracy
  • Enter new jobs into BusinessCraft and track progress through detailed reporting
  • Coordinate statutory reports from external consultants and suppliers
  • Update the team on report readiness for assessment
  • Allocate and monitor workflow tasks, identifying potential delays
  • Store job-related documents in the system, adhering to document control procedures
  • Distribute finalised documents to the sales team
  • Support professional development with financial assistance for certifications
