**About Iron Creek Farm Stay**

Located on the doorstep of the Tasman Peninsula and featuring stunning accommodation as well as several premium food and beverage venues, Iron Creek Bay is a brand-new farm stay experience which has been earmarked to become the next iconic Tasmanian tourism destination.

**About the Role**

Iron Creek Bay is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating sales activities, creating marketing materials, managing social media, planning events, conducting reporting and analysis, and managing the marketing and sales budgets for the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests to the hotel
- Coordinate sales activities and work with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Manage the hotel's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring engagement
- Help to plan and coordinate events at the hotel, such as weddings, conferences, and corporate events
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage the marketing and sales budgets for the hotel, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that ROI is maximized

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of marketing and sales principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.46 - $30.00 per hour
