As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving portfolio performance and ensuring delivery of business objectives. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive delivery against ambitious targets. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver change in complex environments will be essential to success.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and 3-5 years of experience in performance-oriented roles such as project delivery, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment between planning and delivery by coordinating portfolio roadmaps with the broader business strategy.
- Define and continuously improve ways of working across the portfolio and key interfaces, ensuring consistency with divisional frameworks.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including portfolio planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum, focus, and accountability.
- Support prioritisation of initiatives to ensure delivery is aligned with business-level goals and value creation.
