About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating with Specialty business leaders to grow and accelerate opportunities in conjunction with other business lines. They will also develop and implement segment strategies with the National Leadership Team, Global & Corporate and the Chief Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth and profitability in priority clients and segments. Additionally, they will identify market opportunities, emerging risks and growth areas, driving innovation in product, service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with Specialty business leaders to grow and accelerate opportunities in conjunction with other business lines
- Develop and implement segment strategies with the National Leadership Team, Global & Corporate and the Chief Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth and profitability in priority clients and segments
- Identify market opportunities, emerging risks and growth areas, driving innovation in product, service and delivery
- Be accountable for revenue performance, client profitability, client service levels and client satisfaction across Specialties

Required Skills and Qualifications
