The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing case management, emergency relief and other services as required

  • Collaborating with staff and volunteers to achieve holistic care outcomes

To succeed in this position, you will require relevant qualifications and experience including:

  • Diploma(s) or above in Theology, Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy and/or Allied Health disciplines
  • Working with Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT)
  • Safe Ministry clearance

Desirable qualities include:

  • Proven ability to engage empathetically with vulnerable populations using active listening and pastoral care skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, volunteers and the wider community
