Strategic People Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to deliver strategic advice and coaching on people-related matters.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, with several years of relevant experience in an operationally complex environment. You will have a sound understanding of legislation and standards applicable to employment conditions and be experienced in undertaking workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies, and Enterprise Agreements.
You will be a people and process-oriented individual capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. Previous experience in a dynamic environment would be highly regarded but not essential. What is essential is your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple priorities.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to deliver strategic advice and coaching on people-related matters. You will be responsible for the delivery of human resource management, employee engagement, and industrial relations activities for one or more business units.
