Driving Business Excellence through Process Improvement

Our company values a culture of continuous improvement that fosters operational excellence and employee growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will drive process excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline business processes.
The Role:As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Analyse current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- A proven track record of leading AND implementing successful process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is also highly valued.
