Procurement Excellence Leader

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Excellence Leader to drive operational excellence and process optimisation in our organisation.

The successful candidate will lead the standardisation and enhancement of procurement processes across our business units and ERP systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Standardise and implement procurement processes across ERPs and sites.
  • Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
  • Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
  • Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.
About You:
  • You're a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence.
  • You have extensive experience in procurement, preferably within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
  • You possess working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
  • You're skilled in automation and digital transformation.
  • You have strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • You excel in communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
