Job Overview:
As Quality Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring proactive quality management to enhance contract deliverables and compliance outcomes. This includes leading, identifying, managing, monitoring, and reporting on quality objectives, requirements, risks, and other issues impacting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems supporting quality achievement and contract compliance on projects
- Provide guidance and support to project management teams and staff to develop and maintain a quality culture driving business improvement
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (preferably engineering)
- Strong client focus and excellent relationship management skills with negotiation and influencing abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, technical written, and verbal communication skills along with competent presentation skills
- Able to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues, and formulate conclusions based on sound judgment, experience, and common sense
