Our flagship Sydney boutique seeks a skilled Visual Merchandising professional to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.

This role combines delivering world-class visual presentation with maintaining high service standards in our luxury boutique environment.

  • Drive sales growth by meeting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients using CRM tools
  • Lead visual merchandising efforts, coordinating with supply chain, merchandising, and VM teams
  • Manage product launches, stock movements, and display planning
  • Develop and mentor team members on visual merchandising standards
  • Participate in regular meetings, sharing updates and ideas
  • Model brand values and foster a positive working environment
  • Assist with product and inventory management in line with boutique compliance
