About the Role

A rare opportunity is available to join a high-performing boutique as a Sales Associate. This role offers the chance to work with a fast-growing international brand and be part of a premium retail experience. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets and KPIs, supporting store operations, and maintaining exceptional visual standards.

This position also involves contributing to a strong clienteling culture and delivering personalized service that reflects the luxury nature of the brand.

About You

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail with exposure to CRM
  • Confident in selling premium to high-end products and using storytelling to connect with customers
  • Passionate about building strong client relationships and providing a tailored experience
  • Results-driven with a focus on sales performance and KPIs
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Must be available to work during weekdays and weekends
