We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to join our team and represent the esteemed Cadillac brand in Australia and New Zealand.

As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in redefining the luxury automotive purchasing experience. You will be responsible for greeting visitors warmly, assessing their needs with confidence, and providing detailed information about Cadillac product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and presentations to ensure a confident and exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within the Cadillac customer management system.
  • Participate in Cadillac training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous premium/luxury brand experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
  • Able to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
