This 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you partnering closely with our award-winning Talent Attraction & Mobility team to build a career with one of Australia's top employers.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance for an experienced Talent professional to advise leaders on effective recruitment strategies, navigate HR processes, and provide market insights. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for specialized positions in our People & Culture Division, providing a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to outcome or offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote awareness of TA service offerings, including internal and external candidate recruitment
  • Assist with TA projects, such as developing idea briefs and business case documents
  • Identify opportunities for change, innovation, and improvement in recruitment processes
  • Engage external talent via various tools and approaches
  • Coach business leaders and people managers to effectively manage their team's recruitment
About You

You're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for creating meaningful candidate and hiring manager experiences. With extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, you'll thrive on solving complex problems and thinking creatively about attraction strategies in a competitive market.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Business Partner in a TA function, RPO, or Recruitment agency environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
  • Ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives, role types, and levels
  • A track record of proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent for specialist and leadership roles
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
