Job Description

As a Quality and Education Leader, you will play a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance, guiding team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice. They will maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) and manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP).

Responsibilities include overseeing monthly care audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and supporting excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards.

This role requires strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, as well as proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes is also essential.
