This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading aged care provider in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.

  • Provide leadership, coaching and support in clinical best practice and compliance">
  • Guide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice">
  • Maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)">
  • Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP)">
  • Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented">
  • Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning and evaluation">
  • Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative and privacy standards">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (essential)">
  • Experience in quality improvement, staff development and training delivery">
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills">
  • Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices">
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes">
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgrad qualification in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)">
