A leading aged care provider seeks a Quality Education Manager to drive continuous improvement, mentor clinical teams, and foster a high-performance culture.
Job DescriptionThe Quality Education Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance
- Guide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice
- Maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)
- Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP)
- Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards
• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgrad qualification in Aged Care
