This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing top-notch care to our community. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, supporting your team to deliver the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care to residents, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Supporting and leading the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations and delegation, performance management and education.
- Reviewing clinical incidents, complaints and changes, providing solutions to reduce any risks.
- Liaising with allied health, medical practitioners and other services to provide optimal resident care.
You'll need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
- Post-graduate qualifications in aged care highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A person-centred care mindset.
- Excellent clinical assessment and triaging skills as well as strong care planning capabilities.
- A proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting.
