Key Responsibilities of the Regional Purchasing Manager:

Main Objectives:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for regionally sourced goods and services
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs for regional procurements
  • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements to ensure best value
  • Analyse market trends and category knowledge to inform procurement decisions
  • Manage strategic procurement projects with a cross-functional impact, ensuring alignment with national and global strategies
  • Oversee supplier performance, quality, customer support, and price management
  • Benchmark and develop new supplier relationships to provide alternative solutions

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in Procurement or Operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong data analysis skills, market benchmarking capabilities, and decision-making expertise are essential.
