Procurement Strategy Executive

The Procurement Strategy Executive is a critical role in the development and implementation of sourcing and contract management strategies for regionally sourced goods and services.

  • Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies for the Eastern Region.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for regionally sourced goods and services by analysing market trends and developing category knowledge.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to ensure alignment with national and global procurement strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support on procurement matters to operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build new supplier relationships, develop alternative sources, and drive process change to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement or operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • University degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
