We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and securing new clinical research opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with our corporate growth strategy.
- Cultivate & Manage Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads from initial contact through contract execution.
- Expand Existing Accounts: Identify unmet client needs and propose solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, monitor satisfaction, and anticipate future needs.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert with deep knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience navigating complex client organizations. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop outstanding relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and identify quality new business opportunities.
