About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Wholesale channel for Oceania. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our business and drive sustainable growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee all business activities for the Commercial Channel, managing strategic accounts while aligning channel goals with brand priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing seasonal plans to ensure account segmentation and assortment planning align with PUMA's initiatives.
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence by supporting Key Account Team learning and development, achieving sell-in and sell-thru targets, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Partnering with leadership to develop trade terms and sales strategies tailored to each account.
  • Continuously improving through tracking and reporting on KPIs, category performance, and brand knowledge.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business or equivalent, ideally with a focus on sales, retail, or marketing.
  • Functional experience of 10+ years in Sales, Retail, or Management.
  • Industry experience in the Sport or Fashion industry.
  • Leadership experience of 2+ years.
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of AUD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and annual leave.
