Job Opportunity for Project Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Project Supervisor to join our high-voltage infrastructure project team in Melbourne, AU. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects on time and within the required quality standards.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Executing project-specific plans and taking full ownership of projects.
  • Managing project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration, and subcontractor activities.
  • Ensuring overall safety, quality, and environmental standards on projects.
  • Authorizing construction planning, programming, network outage coordination, and on-site completion schedules.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a close eye on project costs and forecasts, ensuring they stay within budget.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, the candidate must possess:

  • Significant experience in Project Supervision/leading hand in a similar role within the High Voltage Industry.
  • Profound knowledge in procurement, construction, and commissioning of HV Projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective influencing, motivation, and delegation skills.
  • An ability to work well with others to deliver as a team.
Essential Skills and Certifications

The ideal candidate should hold:

  • A Grade license.
  • Construction Induction Certificate.
  • Driver's License.

Possession of Recipient in Charge and HV Operating ticket would be an advantage.
