About This Role

This position involves leading field execution of planned works, preparing work packages, and motivating teams to achieve organizational objectives. The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop leadership skills and work on a range of projects across high and low-voltage environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee field-based activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe completion of planned and emergency tasks.
  • Manage materials using purchasing systems and subcontract services required to complete work schedules.
  • Compile reports and job control worksheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure organizational goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with zone substations or a mechanical background.
  • Experience working across high and low-voltage environments and familiarity with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
  • A Certificate III in ESI Distribution - Power Systems (or equivalent industry experience).
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package systems is highly regarded.
