Design Assurance Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Design Assurance Manager to join our growing Energy practice in Victoria. This exciting role will play a key part in our regional Energy business and provide leadership in maintaining and further developing our Design & Interface work.

About the Job:

  • Provide leadership in maintaining and further developing our Design & Interface work, including responsibility for business development, team leadership and development, thought leadership and research, client engagement, technical oversight of deliverables and project financial performance.
  • Manage small teams as part of project organisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth of the group in coordination with colleagues around the broader global platform.

Responsibilities:

We require you to have strong skills and qualifications in design/engineering management, electrical/high voltage engineering, and high voltage substation/transmission experience in AC and/or DC systems.

Skillset:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of design/engineering principles and practices, with experience in electrical/high voltage engineering and high voltage substation/transmission systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications and training.
