- Conduct technical audits and quality reviews to ensure accuracy and fairness in life claims
- Cultivate team growth through coaching, reporting, and insightful analysis
- Analyse data to share key insights with senior leaders, guiding training, process improvement, and better outcomes
You will also assist in:
- Reviewing life claims with precision and fairness
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance
- Supporting quality assurance processes and frameworks
- Evaluating capability and recommending authority levels
- Running in-depth audits to identify trends and potential risks
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in life claims with a deep understanding of quality principles
- Is an effective communicator with a passion for helping others develop
- Is analytical and curious, capable of uncovering valuable insights from data to drive improvement
A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, along with strong technical expertise in life claims, quality frameworks, and risk management.
