We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Quality and Capability Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in life claims, knowledge of quality frameworks and risk management, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Review life claims with accuracy and fairness
- Provide feedback and coaching to help improve team performance
- Analyse data and share insights with senior leaders
- Support quality assurance processes and frameworks
- Assess capability and recommend authority levels
- Run deep dive audits to uncover trends and risks
The successful candidate will have a knack for turning data into actionable information, be able to build great relationships with stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of the insurance and superannuation landscape.
