Strategic Business Transformation Lead

Our organization is seeking an accomplished transformation expert to partner with clients in driving tangible business value through cutting-edge AI applications. This role offers a hybrid work model and relocation assistance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of AI solutions for developers and enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner. They will help large companies transform their businesses through innovative solutions such as customer service, automated content generation, and novel applications.

  • Deeply embed with strategic platform customers as technical lead, serving as their technical thought partner to ideate and build novel AI-driven applications.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to identify optimal AI applications in their industry and develop comprehensive backlogs to support their AI roadmap.
  • Accelerate customer time-to-value by building prototypes or delivering strategic guidance.
  • Forge and manage relationships with client leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful application deployment and scale.
  • Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
  • Scale the transformation function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks to internal and external repositories.
  • Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 6+ years of technical consulting experience, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills to translate complex technical topics to all audiences.
  • Leadership experience in implementing AI/ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
  • Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end and pick up missing knowledge to get the job done.
  • Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed.
  • High throughput operator who can drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly.
