Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to drive AI transformation and adoption across the bank. The ideal candidate will have experience in data and AI transformation and change programs, with strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting change impact assessments to ensure the people-related benefits and risks of various AI changes are well-understood

- Designing and executing effective change strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed AI changes and initiatives

- Managing stakeholder engagement and communication across the AI Platforms, Domain, Crews, and in the business

- Influencing the stakeholder experience by being the voice of the customer

- Owning the AI change transition and adoption through integrated strategic and tactical communications, coaching, training, and tracking metrics

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing, learning, and problem-solving

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to consult, influence, and drive change with domain stakeholders, leadership, and business stakeholders.

Additional requirements include:

- Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages

- Proven experience in change planning and delivery

- Ability to plan for and conduct workshops, facilitating working groups, designing stakeholder engagement, and training

- Sound organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritize

- Sound understanding of and experience working in Agile
