  • Champion solution development with a strategic consulting mindset, continuously engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term commercial success.

  • Proven management consulting expertise, including knowledge of consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retail/FMCG sectors and business processes, coupled with experience in data-driven solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder influence, with the ability to communicate effectively across organisational levels and drive alignment.
