Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, QT Melbourne is a vibrant and eclectic hotel that embodies the city's cultural spirit. We're seeking a talented F&B Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
The RoleWe're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to oversee the dining operations of our Restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill, and the overall C&E team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and Pascale Bar & Grill
- Supervise a team of hospitality staff to ensure exceptional service and high standards of quality
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the C&E team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
