We're looking for a talented QT F&B Supervisor (Restaurant & C&E) who has the drive to work within a team and perform at a World Class level.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the dining operations of the Restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill and the overall C&E, supporting (and also acting as) the Manager on Duty. They will take responsibility in hosting, serving food and beverages, running functions, ensuring guests satisfaction and ultimately, smooth operations from the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the dining operations of the Restaurant and Pascale Bar & Grill
  • Support the Manager on Duty and take responsibility for the overall C&E
  • Host, serve food and beverages, and run functions to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Well-groomed and a fun personality with a welcoming presence
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
