The Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our Restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill, and C&E team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service, food, and beverage experiences. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in delivering our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill, and C&E team
  • Ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered to a high standard
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
