The Consumer Experience Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that patients receive a safe and connected experience. This part-time (1 day per week), fixed-term role (until July 2027) will be based across Western Health sites.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support, evaluate, and provide expertise to the project. They will build external and internal partnerships to enable effective engagement with consumers and support consumer events as required.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of patients and their families. We are seeking an experienced professional who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of projects that enhance the consumer experience
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote consumer engagement

Requirements
