Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Consumer Relations
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
Company Overview:
Asahi Beverages is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist - Consumer Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our consumers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end consumer contacts, from initial enquiry to resolution, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Identify and escalate enquiries that pose significant business risk.
- Act as a subject matter expert across our portfolio of brands and product offerings, providing appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
- Complete all required tagging and reporting on consumer contacts and sentiment.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high level of interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
