Road Maintenance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the planning and delivery of road maintenance programs.
- Coordinate inspections and responses to ensure timely and effective management of the local road network.
- Lead and motivate the Roads team to achieve operational excellence and drive service quality improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure and Delivery Department to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of budget estimates and recommendations for annual road capital improvement programs.
- Trade equivalent qualification in Civil Construction or substantial relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Road Management Plans and associated policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence or state equivalent.
