Leadership Position for Road Services

Job Summary:

  • Provide direction and leadership to a team of professionals.
  • Ensure the planning and coordination of maintenance and construction activities.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate road maintenance programs, including grading and patrol operations.
  • Facilitate timely inspections and responses of local road networks.
  • Effectively coordinate staff involved in operations.
  • Work as a key member of the Infrastructure Department.
  • Contribute to budget recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Trade equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
  • Understanding of Road Management Plans and policies.
  • Previous experience in managing teams and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence or state equivalent.
