Job Description:

Overview: As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day business process transactions and teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations. You will implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality enhancements, provide guidance and support to senior analysts and analysts, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute process-related strategies, monitor performance metrics and key indicators to make data-driven decisions, and contribute to the development of effective solutions.

Leadership and Quality:
Ensure that the team meets quality and compliance standards, prepare and present performance reports to senior management, and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and technology.

Qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience, typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, and possess proven experience in business process transactions, proficiencies in business process management and optimization, and a continuous learner mindset.
