Drive Business Outcomes with Process Excellence

About the Role

We seek a skilled professional to lead our Continuous Improvement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will drive business outcomes through process improvement initiatives and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-level value stream mapping and Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
  • Maintain site-wide 5S programs, ensuring consistent application of standards across all operational areas.
  • Create and manage a scheduled audit and review program for processes and initiatives implemented.
  • Assist in developing and leading CI initiatives and programs for voice of floor.
  • Enhance analytical tools for the continuous improvement program.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Supply Chain and/or Logistics, with experience in Program Development & Delivery, Initiatives Planning & Execution, and advanced Stakeholder Engagement. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential. Proficiency in systems such as SAP and MS Suite is preferred.
