Business Process Excellence Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to serve as an IT Business Process Analyst responsible for defining, documenting and optimizing existing and future processes for IT and Security onboarding and offboarding.
As part of our global fintech team, you will be working closely with various stakeholders including People & Culture, IT, and Security teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
This includes but not limited to streamlining approval steps, embedding smarter review mechanisms, and identifying automation opportunities.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality process documentation, workflows and RACI matrices.
Additionally, you will support requirements gathering for IDAM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with onboarding/offboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and process analysis skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, and a solid understanding of ITIL principles.
