Job Title: Senior Regional Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader to oversee our regional operations in Newcastle. As a key member of our community banking model, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing staff competencies, and building strong community relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to gain market share in the localised area
  • Coach and develop competencies in your team, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Prioritise business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans
  • Work closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand
  • Lead by example, prioritising customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you
Requirements:
  • People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance
  • Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
