Lead Finance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our Asia-Pacific region. This key role will lead the finance function, driving strategic insight and operational excellence.

About the Opportunity

This position requires a high-performing finance professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading teams, developing business cases, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of the APAC Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with global finance leaders to align processes and reporting.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing regional finance team.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
  • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements across APAC jurisdictions.
  • Expertise in treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
